Default Vvt seems to do nothing.

Hello, trying again since it seems another thread has vanished.

I own a 04 DE, Injen intake and Invidia catback installed.
Last weekend we went to tune the car in Uprev, but noticed the intake cam on bank 1 is at -3.5/5 degrees and +19.50/20 degrees on bank 2 and doesn't change during driving, whereas it is supposed to adjust according to load.

The car runs fine and no codes are showing up, nor is there and engine light. It just doesn't seem to engage the VVT. Data logging shows a near linear line across revs.

Now before i start replacing all sensors and vvt solenoids, could this be an issue resolved by software management or not?

Looks to me the advancement/retarding is way off and i can't seem to find a similar issue on the forums. Thanks in advance, i'm a bit out of my league here regarding vvt.

Would add data logging but unfortunatly this is all i got, car is standing still but same values apply under load;
