Engine bay rattle under acceleration

Has anyone had this noise in their G35/350Z I have a 6mt Z? Happens only on acceleration at certain rpm ranges (2500-3000). Only occurs when driving and not revving in neutral nor when idling. Sounds almost like a rattle/ shopping cart over pavement sound coming from the engine bay? Any help would be appreciated. Car only has 84k miles.

I had aftermarket cats that were very close to the shielding on the under body and had this exact sound in almost the same rev range. Went away when I got test pipes lol
