Default 350z misfire or knock after changing plugs

Hi,

I have an issue. I recently bought this car. Changed the plugs since it has 96,000 miles on it. Car ran fine before changing plugs. I changed them with AutoLite double platinum APP5325. Now i have P0327 code. I've read the sub harness for the knock sensor is the culprit. Just seems weird how right after doing plugs this happens. Could maybe bad plugs cause this? I dont want to rip the intake apart for something that it might not be. Also, the car runs great but at idle there is a noticable shake and stutter every couple seconds. Appreciate any ideas

Thank you

I triple checked that. I have the correct way(solid gray wire for cylinder 4, and grey/red for cylinder 6)

I'd never recommend anything but NGK plugs for the VQ. Too many reports of problems off-brand.

I think i will put NGK in. Im going to change the sub harness for the knock sensor. I scanned the car and still have a code for it(P0327). I read that the CEL wont come on for that code because its a "soft code", but it will derate it.
