Need some help

I am getting a P0300 DTC code. In the first 3 gears that I have tried, once I get to about 5k RPMs the car sound rough and no longer wants to rev past no matter which gear I am in.

I have replaced
-both cam position sensors
-knock sensor harness and cleaned the knock sensor(I was getting a P0327 so I replaced the harness and then got a 328 but cleaned the sensor and the code didn't show up again)
-check all coil packs and they passed the ohms test
-replaced spark plugs and individually visually inspected that each cylinder was getting spark
- I soaked my fuel injectors but did not have the tools to test them themselves.
- I changed out my maf
-cleaned the throttle body
