Hey guys, this morning I started my Z (2003 with 76k miles, totally stock), and the whole car shook and was making a knocking/ticking noise. The shake stopped, but the noise did not. I checked the codes and the car is reporting a cylinder 6 misfire (P0306).

It does sound like it's coming from the cylinder 6 side of the engine (driver side read), hard to tell top or bottom.

I've read online on other threads knocking at this speed is likely valve train related, not rod knock. Was hoping anyone could provide some insight on this. Thanks!
