Default Alpha A/F on one bank is cometically high

hi , on my z for bank one the fuel alpha fuel trim for bank 2 is 78% (yes it runs quite rich) but meanwhile on bank 1 it is at "4294967296.00%" ( i have photo proof of my obd2 scanner if anyone wants to see lol), that number being the highest possible number a 32-bit system can store in memory.......
and to my amazement the ecu claims that bank 2 is running rich but no mention of bank 1's gallon dumping fuel trim , paired with random stalling at any given moment , a U1001 code, tachometer and coolant gauge temp seeming to clock out whenever, im lead to believe a faulty/ failing ecu, any thoughts would be appreciated
