I wouldnt base your timing off the cover mark.

I would proceed as you are right now and turn the engine over very carefully and see where youre at.

your pictures look correct

the engine turns no problem
but this is the 3 time i installed the timing chains and the cams are going -60 degrees that why i think it have someting to to with the cranshaft mark
should i retard the cams sprockets ? so the timing mark on the crankshaft goes on the mark of the cover?

Can you clarify what you mean by -60degrees?

When I set timing:
set bank one cams to TDC by pointing the cam lobs towards each other (as depicted in the FSM)
Set crank shaft to cylinder TDC
Install the cam shaft gears & chains
String the main timing chain

I suspect you made a mistake along the line of setting TDC of the cams or the crank

Are your cam shaft lobes at top-dead-center when piston #1 is at top dead center?

And all your timing chain marks are on correctly?

and you’ve manually turned over the engine?

I wouldnt worry about the marks on the pulley(polie) if I were you.
