Default Low engine tempature winter

Hello yall, i run my NDS2 app all the time while driving, and my car in 60°f+ weather runs at a steady 196°f give or take a few for driving conditions. Recently got down in the mid 30s here in washington. My engine takes forever to get to 175f even with my heat off to help it warm up quicker. Curious if this happens to anyone else. Newer thermostat and coolant is close to a 50/50. Engine is a newer 50k JDM import. Heater starts blowing warm around 140. So i do have heat it just dosent like to warm up to even 185 after 1 hour of driving in town with stop and go. I even blocked off my air inlet on the bumper to warm the engine bay up a bit more. Any sugestions?

Why are you concerned? There is no detriment to a lower ECT unless you don't have heat. With my Koyo, if I drive in the cold it will run pretty cool on the highway.

My last one had problems with the headgasket and i just want to make sure shes not got really warm cylinders and other cylinders cold. I an mainly concerned with uneven heating and cylinder head warp.
