Default Bubbles in Engine Oil

Hello Everyone. In early December my car was overfilled with oil and ran for only a short time. Ever since, I've noticed bubbles in my engine oil as in the attached photo. Initially, I thought it could be a broken PCV valve but I changed this, the oil is not overfilled and all breather hoses are fine. I do not lose coolant and the oil is not at all milky so I don't think it's at all head gasket related. The bubbles disappear a few minutes after turning off the engine and there are none when cold, only when recently shut off. The only thing I can really think of is some internal seal has been blown potentially causing aerated oil somehow. If anyone has any thoughts on what is wrong or has encountered this before I would be grateful.

The car is an 08' HR with 80k and a full-service history. Thanks

Change the oil to a different brand first because otherwise it sounds s bit serious. Engine oils do have a anti foaming additive so perhaps there is a problem with the present oil.

I’ve changed it a few times since. I’ve used Castrol Edge to change it up from my usual Fuchs Titan Race Pro S yet no difference sadly.
