Angry Rear Timing Chain Cover (pic for interest)

Hey everyone, new here. Signed up because I'm in need of some help and tapped out on google.

I'm replacing the water pump and rear timing cover (it was cracked at the water pump) and I was torquing the bolts. 5 of the 25 bolts were just spinning at what should have been torque. I pulled the bolts and they were all snapped. Not snapped from me though, must have been previous owner.

My question is, what's the best way to remove the other half? (set screw and easy out?) AND where can I find 5 more bolts to get back in there?
