Default Timing chain tensioner cover seal

Hey guys. I'm getting ready to do some maintenance on the drive-train including gear oil engine belts and the timing chain tensioner. I've got writeups for everything except handling the tensioner access cover. (that black panel) Video shows that its on pretty tight but there only seems to be a liquid sealant used. So my question, what sealant is this? I've scoured the internet so far and cant figure it out. Thanks in advance!

FSM calls for Permatex Ultra Grey specifically, or similar.

Got it. I ended up using black RTV and torquing the tensioner bolts at 145 in-lbs within FSM range.
