Default Diagnostic help - Rich Running Condition

Wondering if some of you who are more knowledgeable than me on air/fuel troubleshooting can help me out. I've got a 2005 that seems to be running quite rich based on the intense exhaust smell all the time. It has an aftermarket exhaust, an intake and some minor bolt-ons but nothing serious. At one point the car had a tune done but the exhaust smelled the same. I had to replace the ECU and flashed it back to factory and the exhaust smell still persists. I'm trying to see if the O2 sensors may be causing this but I'm not sure how to interpret the data from my BlueDriver scan tool. I would assume both banks would read about the same but they aren't. I just don't know if the readings are where they should be or if not which is correct. I've attached a few screen shots of the data. Any help you can provide to point me to a possible cause is much appreciated.
