Hello all this will be my first post. I recently just purchased a 06 enthusiast 6spd 52k miles. After purchasing I realized the idle was high sitting at about 1200. Went to take the car to get smogged and the car failed the test due to high idle and the service light came on displaying code p0507. The car came with a dc sports intake just for reference(with new maf). I took the intake and throttle body off and cleaned the throttle body. I watched a video on how to do it and the guy in the video said it was okay to open the electronic valve with your fingers and that's what I did. My dad later got mad and said I cant to do that or I'd damage the tb. I also checked the pcv and it was good. After re assembling the tb and intake I did all 3 relearn procedures. I took the car out today to drive it and the idle is now at around 900-1100. The idle has begun to fluctuate up to 1200 and sometimes will even drop to around 600 and the engine sounds like its failing. Before messing with the tb the idle was constant but after its now fluctuating. Any help would be really appreciated because I've tried searching this up and I haven't been able to find much.
