GReddy Evo2 Exhaust Video & Sound Clip with revs

taken early morning, so you'll see smoke

Tip measures 4 1/4

At idle it is just slightly louder at stock, and has a nice low moan when you get on it, as you will hear in the video sound clip.

The mufflers tuck up under there very nicely. Best I seen of a split dual muffler that does this, as GReddy has you relocate the EVAP
So you guys with the stock bumper, you should just see the tips, and maybe a small piece of the muffler

How about a couple shots from further back directly from behind and at an angle?

Default Looks Good

I had the Greddy Exhaust on my 300zx and loved it. Looks like they have made another fine exhaust for the 350z. What kind of prices is this exhaust going for. I think i seen it somewhere for around $1200??

Nice car by the way, looks sharp

They high flow cats are just to restrictive for the TT
PM me if you need a set.
Ask Gus above on the test pipes, he just got a set from me. Very nice.

ACP, so you lost 20hp with the RT Cats?? Or were they kinetics high flow cats??

The RT cats flow 90% of what a straight pipe flows, so that number is surprising.

Are you sure? Because I see the exhaust at their website.

FULL TITANIUM RACING CAT-BACK EXHAUST. Although GReddy is known for our famous cat-back street exhaust, GReddy got its start in racing exhausts. After numerous customer requests, we have decided to release a line of race inspired exhaust systems. Not satisfied with just offering another free-flowing, large diameter piping with minimal bends, GReddy has decided to offer the GReddy Racing Exhaust in full Titanium; that’s an 80mm cat-back system that weighs as little as 10 lbs. FULL RACE (MAY NOT BE STREET LEGAL)

ACP, just wondering but I noticed the tips don't come out further than your bumper. Are you worried that maybe over time the gases from the exhaust can ruin/burn the paint around the tip holes?

I seen it happen to many people before and before you know it, new bumper and paint job time. One friend tried to get it re-painted but looked horrible..

Just wanted to bring that to your attention incase it is a worry, don't want your beautiful car to have black smoke tarnishing it.

I was thinking about getting either Evo2 or Greddy Ti exhaust. (if it comes out) I like Evo2 because it's dual and it's street legal. But the Ti has 80mm vs 60 to 70mm on Evo2 piping which might give few more HP with TT setup.

ACP,

first, VERY NICE car! I love the kit. I almost got a Vertex kit for my kouki S14.

But, if its not too much to ask, can you post a video of you running down the street with the new EVOs on! The exhaust sounds great...I wanna hear it with the turbos and everything! I have the greddy BOV on my SR20, and it sounds great!

Thanks,
Jon

I am sure. If it comes out, it won't be till next year

Thanks Ricky - my stock exhaust was doing that, but this is a inch or so further out, and I am hoping I will be ok.

djspeks - I didn't weigh it , sorry

gq_model_626 - I tested the Kinetix cats and test pipes, haven't tested the Random, but would think it would be fairly similar results

Anyone have an idea if the Greddy Race single exhuast would generate more HP than the Evo2 on a TT? I am always torn between twin pipes that are narrower, or one larger 3 inch piping (single muffler) for turbo applications. Now I am even more confused. I noticed the Greddy Race and Greddy Evo2 are roughly the same price.

The RT cats allegedly flow more than the Kintetix cats...I saw this posted and confirmed somewhere onthe board. That's why most people feel the RT's are louder. Louder equal more flow.

So I am hoping the RT's arent robbing me of that much HP!

That greddy exhaust looks absolutley beautiful. Tips are nice and big and dont have that ugly cross pipe like the invidia, rsr, that would hit any speed bump if car was lowered...blah blah blah....and the bumper makes it look totally stock. I bet the labree test pipes w/ resonator w/ that exhaust woould be awesome. Great pics!

Not true. The Kintetix cats I had on where alot louder then the test pipes w/res.
It was because of all the back pressure...

With the TT setup, I am sure they are.
