Need update on delivery, excited about getting this shifter installed.

Thanks , Gary

Thank You to everyone that ordered a shifter. All of the sold shifters shipped out today and should arrive at your locations before the end of the week.

There were a few people who ordered two originally and changed thier mind to one.

If anyone else is interested, you can find the remaining few shifters on ebay.

Amy... just like 350ed.... I bought it from GSC.

1/ Called B&M directly to confirm the part number.

2/ Then called BSC and spoke with the owner who was the first in the office -- said he would ship it internationally to me in Japan -- unlike a number of other dealers.

Great service from GSC -- the owner told me he tried the shifter himself and liked it immensely.

3/ My shifter is now winging its way on FedEx to me -- same day as ordered.

Love this kind of service.... and can't wait to get it installed.

This group buy has gone smoothly for the majority of purchasers. There were 2 people whos paypal did not clear for almost a week, 1 person whos money order just arrived yesterday and 2 shifters were returned to me because of some website input glitch. Those two were reshipped on fedex and will be there before the end of the week.

All tracking numbers will be emailed tomorrow morning when I get to my office.

Please accept my appologies for any delay in delivery. This was a group buy that was organized to benefit fellow Z owners.

If anyone would like to speak to me on the phone please private message me. I am more than happy to assure everyone that these items have shipped and will be delivered shortly.

This is a great mod and a great group buy. I am sorry for any delays. This mod is well worth it.

Fairlady Zed .. I have driven Wld350Z's car with the B&M short shifter.

Very awsum.. Like a Bolt Action Rifle - A little more Force - But Hand stays in nearly the same position.

note before removing Triangular hold down plate. Scribe ( Pointed steel Awl ) or Use Marker ( Sharpie ) around the plate to aid in Alignment..

Glad Shipment is on way to you. Cheers Amy -

Blkperformance... question regarding your post...

Just received the kit today... question regarding "replacement"

1. A blue mounting plate comes with the new short shifter...

2. The original stock plate will then be placed over the blue plate and screwed on with the new M6 bolts ... correct ? At least that is what I understand from the instructions.... step 15

thanks...

Amy... thanks for the feedback and the install hint. It does sound great.

Favor to ask -- do you know or can you ask Wld350 regarding my question posted above ... and as shown below:

2. The original stock plate will then be placed over the blue plate and screwed on with the new M6 bolts ... correct ? At least that is what I understand from the instructions .... step 15

I had one non-paying bidder via Ebay. There is only 1 more available at:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMESSE%3AIT

Thanks to everyone who participated and enjoy!

Does anyone have a cabriolet? I'm interested in finding out about road noise and rain protection. Thinking of making the big switch.
