Default LSD 1.5Way or 2Way

Let me start off by saying that I know absolutely nothing about LSD's other than the help with traction coming out of turns. What is the difference between 1.5way and 2way? Also, is it worth getting for a Z that will primarily be used on the road and not at the track?

Thanks

A 1 way will provide lock under acceleration only. A 2 way will provide lock under acceleration as well as deceleration. A 1.5 way will provide lock under both but at different rates- less on deceleration.

even if you plan on going to the track two or three times a year, spend the money on something else....

I go to the track 8 to 10 times a year and wanted the NISMO LSD for better power out of turns. I also drive the car to work most days during the week. If I did not go to the track as often as I do, I would not put up with the LSD. Even set at 60% it's harsh for daily driving. The stock VLSD works just fine for the casual track junkie.

My $0.02 worth.
