Default Waht do i get with a Lightend Flywheel

Do i i free up horsepower, or does it just feel quicker???

Free's up hp since it takes less work to move a lighter fly wheel and revs extremely quick.

how much rwhp should i get from this, and how much should i pay fprone and pay for some one install???

As far as hp gains go I'd say any where from 5-15 depending on conditions. I'm not sure on the cost of install but I'm sure someone on this board will be able to tell you an estimate.

Small advice: get it done when you have your tranny replaced and labor is cheap....then, while you're at it, throw in a new clutch at the same time. And, since they're under the car anyway, have them install some new cats and exhaust. Then, since your exhaust at that end of the engine is done, then install a CAI and new plenum since you want the car to breathe. After this, you will appreciate your new flywheel much, much more!!!!

thats what i did, the dealer only charged me 1 hr of labor since the tranny was already out.
