Where do I get a tach and TPS signal on the harness?

Where do I get a tach and TPS signal on the harness?

Hey guys, I'm installing my zietronix wide band and I can't figure out where to get a tach and Throttle position signal off of the main wiring harness.

Anybody know what wires to tap??
