JWT Pop charger, Kinetix plenum, JWT flywheel, and UR crank pulley. I also swapped my stock rims on my performance model for the track rims, not sure if that would make much of a difference or not. What you guys think? Also are there any other low cost mods i can do besides exhaust/cats?

Dito. If you did cats and exhaust you get to the 20hp or 30 hp range/. But looks like it is 15hp.

 

15hp sounds good to me. maybe 20 if your above average. cats and exhaust 25-30hp depending on exact choices.
