Default Koyo Radiator Pics

Here are some pics of the 1st radiator we recieved from Koyo.
I'm expecting 6 more to arrive within the week. Pricing will be available once I setup Vendor status w/ Victor. Trying to play by the rules here...

looks to be about double the factory size. Will the fans mount in the factory spots and will people using superchargers be able to fit one in.

The core is actually about 3-4x as thick as the stock radiator core. The core on the stock rad is only about 0.75in thick.

Bolts directly in. Stock fans fit and the a/c condensor slips right onto the front side.

As for the superchrager fit question... I don't know. Some one please measure the minimum distance from the supercharger to the stock radiator endtank. I can then tell you whether there will be an interference w/ the supercharger.

Pricing will be less than the Stillen unit.

thanks for the pics and details. looks fantastic.

finally I can stop worrying about cooling.. the massive FMIC in front of the chincy stock radiator was pretty sketchy.

Not yet, my motor is still apart. I could install it atm but w/o the motor in place it really wouldn't be much more than just a placeholder.

If anyone would like a pic of the radiator installed in an empty engine bay I could accomidate that request.

On the Vortech kit, the intercooler tubing is almost touching the fans. If this radiator moves them back too much it will definitely cause a problem.

I'd like to see it installed... even in an empty engine bay we can get an idea of what the top of it looks like. Thx!

I have one coming...as soon as its here I'll try to get you pics of it in the car (since the shroud covers nearly everything it won;t be much to look at).

Thanks for the pics though...I've been waiting for ages to see what the actual unit looked like!

A nice alternative to the ARC radiator.

Don't forget the Fluidyne radiator either...

I've always been impressed with Koyo radiators, had one on my previous car and was completely satisified.

William, so are you still in Lexington, or have you moved to SC? What's the deal?
