Am I the only one here to notice the red wire tap at the end of the kit? I wonder where it taps into... anyone have a clue? If it’s my guess, I’m assuming it taps into the ECU....

yea ill make my own for 20 bucks, and use better oxygen free wire.

Yup. I made mine for around $25.00. A good thing to have though is a "real" crimping tool. Unfortunately those are pretty $$$!!

Yup. I made mine for around $25.00. A good thing to have though is a "real" crimping tool. Unfortunately those are pretty $$$!!

I too am making my own ground kit similar to Veilside’s kit with the double barrel connectors and wire tap to the ECU. But with my kit I plan on using 2000+ strand oxygen free copper wires, platinum ring terminators, and 6 ground points.

Seems like a lot of trouble for a mod that is mainly cosmetic and from a performance standpoint, does little to nothing. Grounding to the ECU is WAAAAY overkill IMHO.
