Especially for those with ATI / Vortechs, since belt tension effects
the noise profile drastically, once you get the belts adjusted to were you want them, with this device you can easily get them re-set back to predefined tension with this simple device . Also useful to setting the tension accurately on the two OEM belts.
Hard to belive I've worked on Cars for 30 years and never had this tool in my personal arsenal. Cheers.
