would the high stall converter help with tracking times?

like real race tracks like buttonwillow or streets of willow

stuff like that?

well, you'll be at that much of a higher rev then stock. you'll be closer to your max power output at all times, so yes it would help with tracking times. if improvement is .5+ in the 1/4, think of the improvement that would be over a longer distance.
