Sorry about the space wasting post but I am getting my z dynoed and am going to check the AF ratio.
What ratio = Stoich (perfect not rich not lean)

whoah...hold on there!
stoich = 14.7 yes...this is NOT an "ideal" air fuel ratio though....far from it, unless you are cruising (steady speed, nearly 0 throttle input). Stoich mixtures are for when there is no real load on the motor..ie idle or steady speed cruising.
At WOT, the Z like it in the low 13 range..good power, good timing advance 9so good torque), and no knock.
a 14:1 ratio at WOT is SCARY

Stoich is the ratio at which all of the fuel in the combustion process is burned off most efficently. Meaning that it is a good ratio to idle or cruise at (however may new ULEV cars go much leaner).
For the best power in the Z I would tune it at 13.25 across the board leaning out to 13.5 - 13.75 after peak torque (to pickup some power after peak cyl. press). Some, however, may feel that is a smudge too lean.
