i dont want to come across as an azz, but if you use the search forum and type something like "grounding wires what", i am sure you will find what you are looking for. that is what i typed and got a bunch of hits. good luck with it.

basically the grounding kits just provides more ground points for the electrical system. it really doesnt provide any performance gains or anything, just smooths out the idle

personally i was skeptical as well as the validity of the groudning kit. My butt dyno tells me nothing happened after installing a 6wire kit. However, my idle has become very smooth!!!

a smoother Idle has no performance gains

Maybe Im the minority here, but I didnt do the ground wires for "performance gains"

Smoother Idle=More comfortable
and Theyre great in the Aesthetics dept.
Also, after install, my Voltage meter went up 3-4 volts. Theyre doing somethin.

bottom line is there are NO performance gains. no hp and no tq gains. does the car run smoother? thats a mental thing. but i dont think so.

did i buy a kit? yes, but it was because they look cool.

should you buy one? only if your going for looks and not performance.

You might want to look at the Maxground kit sold by Courtesy Nissan (a sponsor of this site).

http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchan..._Code=GRND-Z33

I have had the chrome silver set for over a year and they look good enough to win first place in Nissan Modified 350Z at the Z Car Convention.
