I was thinking of getting a grounding kit but i am just hesitant because i really doubt it would help improve performance. Am i wrong? If you have one let me know if you noticed a difference anyway and which kit you have. Thanks!
dont buy it for performance. never seen any clear proof it helps at all. as for idle, maybe, there is some proof, but eh.
buy it for looks, fun easy install, ect. otherwise dont bother. I dont think Id go buy a 200$ nismo grounding kit and have it installed at a shop. thatd be worthless. some members sell a nice kit for 40$, install it on a saterday with some beer. have fun.

Check out this thread, the guy did some baseline measurements and then added his grounding kit.

??????? Grounding kit DOES help in performance! Its just not much, not enough to really notice the difference but if u plan to go pro and race, u might want to get it. Don't want to go pro u say, well.....just remember God will judge you at his gate!
I got the 3 sets from MaxGround today .. hes actually a member here @ this forum & his prices are great .. $48 shipped via USPS Priority .. he even imprints the terminals w/numbers so everything is organized.
A few individuals (not really companies, just members selling kits) have dyno'd it outta pocket & found small HP gains ..
HP gains or not, it will help my ~1400+ watt stereo to have solid grounds, so I basically have nothing to lose.

Awesome! Thanks for all the help and advise, everyone. Now i have some places to start looking into. BTW, mofoz, I'm thinking of going with a clear red or clear black. Can't decide yet tho. THanks for the input about the silver wires tho. Good info for the future. Uklookey, do you know if it really improves the fuel economy? That would help out a lot!
a few days after i dyno'd 435ish several weeks ago, with a very smooth graph.... I noticed that I accidently left one of the major engine grounds off the engine when installing the turbo kit... if your wondering which one, the big one on the front cover passenger side.
at any rate, i reconnected it. thought you guys might like my story.
