I have a base is the stock lsd worth getting if I get it cheap? This would only be for drifting purposes.

 

U can not just throw in a lsd in a base model because u will still need a few parts which will cost around $300-400.

 

i think the nismo lsd comes with EVERYTHING you need? it is a much better unit "expecialy" for drifting, (1.5 clutch type is WAY better than stock viscus drifting!!) and will coast you about $200 more than a use viscus+parts. someone on this forum went the used stock rought, and said he wished he had gotten the nismo! i cant remember who though? he was a G35 guy.

for drifting purposes, skip the stock lsd and pick up one of the clutch-type lsds like cusco, nismo, kaaz.....
