So Mossy Nissan is back in the 350Z performance game??? They seemed to just give it up to Performance Nissan in Durate, CA. That's interesting. Ever since Greg Vogel left Mossy several months ago, they seem to have disappeard. Who is the new Parts Manager at Mossy?

wow it looks as though that thing is effortless to get into gear! was your shifter always that loose or did this new shifter add a more loose feeling? my shifter is stiff & notchy feeling, this has kept me from purchasing a shorter throw shifter in fear it would take too much effort to engage into gears! thanx for the vid! what are these shifters priced at?
thanx,
-justin

No my shifter is notchy as well stock. The nice thing about this shifter is that at the stock and 1 lower than stock setting it requires the same effort. At lowest throw setting it does require SLIGHTLY more effort but not much. And then of course there is the longer than stock setting which I like to call "Cruiser Mode" It requires like ZERO effort to switch gears but the throws are much longer. It is also MUCH less notchy.

dave079 has a short shifter but it f'ed up all the gear alignments and changes the way you get into every gear. I would love to see one come out that has near the same stock feel but just a shorter/crisper throw.
