Crawford V5 Installed/Review
Monday night I installed my Crawford V5 intake plenum...thanks to Doug and the guys at Crawford. Quality and service were excellent. Installation took me about 2 hours and that's including the front strut bar.
Review-
Quality - I got the powder coated blue plenum, the welds were top notch and the paint job is excellent. I'm still debating as to whether or not I am going to cut and reinstall the engine cover.
Fitment was excellent...and instructions were easy to follow.
Performance - I hear and feel a big improvement (butt dyno). The intake sound is different, the whoo whoo sound they talk about is evident, sounds a little like a FI set up...she is deffinately breathing easier. I can say without a doubt she pulls a lot harder all the way through mid range and high rpms.
I know I need a dyno and a ecu reflash...butt I can say this mod has made the most difference in the performance of my z and I am incredibly happy with it.

pics would be cool
im installing the crank pulley soon and i have a CAI sitting in my house
once those are on all i got left is the plenum and possibly headers
do you plan on sending you ecu in for a reflash?...if you do let me know maybe we can do it together and get a deal
is it dangerous to run what you have without a reflash?
