Squeaking noise fr trans when peddle is depressed

Can anyone help, cause I also have the window problem as well. When I press the peddle it makes this squeak from the outside of the car, and I have routing maintenence in a hundred. If anyone else had this did it take a long time to fix?????

that sounds like the throwout bearing... but normal sound....
