Default Q: Nismo GT Ti shift ****

If you own the following Nismo shift ****, I've got a couple of questions for you.

1. Is it actually made out of Titanium?
2. Is the **** counter sunk? I like a very short over all appearance.

Thanks in advance.

It's got a very short appearance all right... and I think it's Ti, sure is heavy enough... AFAIK, FWIW

Thanks for the response.

That's the funny thing ... if it were solid Titanium, it would have been very light! Unless of course, heavier material was packed in the center.

btw ... How much shorter is the **** vs. oem?

Yup, which why I asked if it were made of Titanium. A solid titanium piece will NOT burn your hands. It will only be warm to the touch even when subjected to direct baking of the sun for a long period.

Yes it is Titanium...

It sits a little lower then the stock **** and gives it a short throw feel...

The titanum **** does get hot but it cools off pretty quickly...

these ***** are in stock and ready to ship at performance...

Great. I'm down for the glossy one.

No ... I'm much too busy these days. I'm going to Cali Speedway Dec. 17th, however. Ya coming?
