hks kansai service is a service center in japan where they guarnantee thier work and do all the service on vehicles they modify. they primarily use hks products (obviously) but when customers ask for things that hks does not offer they develop or co develop or research and find products to do the job.
btw the hks kansai service was created by one of the origional hks founders back when it was h k and s (i believe i read all this in superstreet i belive so who knows)
