When did you pay him for the nx kit? I paid him on 7/16/04, as i recall. Maybe he sent me the kit that was meant for you? It was a "custom efi kit" with jets up to 200hp and a 15lb bottle. Is this the kit you paid him for?

I replied to your email, I think that is pretty jacked up as you have cost me to sell some of the things I had listed. I am not an ******* or a scammer as you perceived me to be. Had you waited until it was feasibly possible for me to send the kit we would have been alright. I blew my email out of proportion and i do have an anger amanagement problem, I reacted to your email the way my wife reacted to it. She felt scared and violated that you came stating that you took pictures and what not. Z - Nope, I don't think it's the same kit. The one I "bought" was a NX kit with a 10# bottle plus jets for the standard 35, 55 & 75 hp shots.
My original check #2114 from Bank One was sent on 7/7 & cleared on 7/13. If U look at our PM records, Jeremy contacted me on 7/12 asking me to stop payment on the check & send him another to his work address. That's what I did but, as my posts reveal, I went to Bank One on 7/13 to stop the check & to send him a replacement payment in the form of a money order but the original check cleared before the stop payment went into effect
He then PM'd me on 7/31 claiming that the original check had never arrived ( I recall him saying that he'd gotten the MO; in fact, I wanted/needed the kit for an upcoming car show so I even gave him an additional $30 ( or something in that range ) for 2nd Day air via UPS! ) Live & learn, I suppose.

From this I've sent out several E-mails ranging from the FTC to the Internet fraud division of the FBI & even the California Attorney General's office.
