I was able to do it on regular harbor freight jackstands. I did not fully remove the transmission from beneath the car though.

Just dropped it on the ground and back way up so I could change the damn csc on my 07

So my friend a while back followed this 90ft lb then 93ft lb when torquing the fly bolts and broke the bolt in crank.

Went back to the service manual and found out its only 62-68 ft lb!

JWT has the fly bolts torqued at 70-75 ft-lb

That's because the 93 number he is using on the service manual is Newtons not ft lbs. It says the ft lbs in parenthesis. Always helps to read the key at the bottom of any schematic.
