DC Sports Header install Tips
I dont know if this is the correct forum since it not a total wright up. But then a total wright up has been done but there are few things i don't think other person mentioned that may or may not make your life easier.
Removal of front end reinforcement / control arm retainer creates a lot of extra room. Just unbolt it, control arms will not fall down or anything like that.
View pic 1, and pic 2 of overall look with it removed.
Second tip: Coolant pipe on PAss side does not have to come off . you can work around it just fine. I don't have super small hands and it was OK. Bit tight but in my opinion.Saves a lot of time having to drain/bleed coolant system plus coolant dripping in your face. Yes, i know it looks next to impossible, but its totally duable.
Dont remember if anyone recommended removal of AC compressor but its just 3 bolts 12/14mm bolts and makes getting to very front header bolt easy
And then below just random pics of DC sports headers installed.
Just like rest of headers you need to unbolt the steering shaft to install the header. There is plenty of room to get factory unit out but not possible to get it in.

Swivel head ratchet wrenches are a savior as well. Some long extensions can really help with the catalytic converter upper bolts and allow removal from the top. It took me 7 hours on my 1st try. I think I could do another set in around 6. This was done on jack stands laying on my back on the garage floor. And yes, my arms were raw. I didn't remove any coolant pipes on my install. Just removed the cats, y-pipe, and steering shaft. Didn't have the under brace on my G.

my top-speeds which are very similar to yours we got in with out unbolting the steering shaft, if you turn them in backwards there is enough room once past the steering shaft to flip them around just an fyi
