The car feels A LOT different with this and the whiteline differential bushings. I finally installed these today. I got the 60A mount.

HUGE difference. The car did not wheel hop after the whiteline bushings. The car shifts better, especially when downshifting.

The increased vibration and noise will take some getting used to. The car FEELS a lot different with both of these items installed. Almost feels like something is wrong at 1st but it grew on me quickly. LOTS more feel for the road now.

That's comforting. I still doubt it will change a lot. That's fine with me, though. It makes the car more enjoyable imo. I love having some feedback. I drove the hell out of the car today!

just thought i would bump this up with my .02 on this part.

i bought the 90a mount, and the description on the website is very accurate.

the shifter feel is amazing. i don't know if its placebo or not, but the clutch pedal seemed to get a bit firmer and more positve as well.

completely different car now, and i love it.

The 60A did settle in after about 100 miles. It's stiffer than stock but I'd probably enjoy the 75A as well. This mount was very stiff at 1st and I had no problem with it. The 60A is still very nice for someone whose car mainly sees street use. I'm happy with it.

Z1 is top notch when it comes to shipping and service. Don't think twice about buying from them!

any reason to bother with this if you already have solid motor mounts? Seems like the tranny couldnt move unless the motor mounts broke...

solid motor mounts put alot more strain on the soft transmission mount, and the transmission moves around independantly of the engine, the trans mount being the fulcrum point

I just installed the 75a and I have to say the sound change in the cabin is frighting. Its so loud, I was afraid that I forgot to reattach something. It seemed like the interior was vibrating and making a plastic on plastic squeaking sound. Did you have any luck adding dynamat? I love how quiet the cabin usually is and if I cant get it a lot quieter Im going to have to consider going with the 60a or stock. I didnt drive it much but after about a mile I noticed that what ever was vibrating and making noise in the car stopped. I will drive it a lot more tomorrow.

I added a bit of dynamat to the shifter console area, made a bit of a difference. I already had dynamat in my door panels and rear hatch area from my stereo install.

The mount will break in and settle down noise wise with use, that is just the natural way with stiff urethane. Mine settled in well after a few tanks of gas worth of use

Any idea when you're going to get more of these (60a) in stock?

Nice bit of kit and finally got around to installing it the other day since buying it months ago. Haven't had a chance to test it out yet but installers should be careful as the supplied bolts that came with it were the incorrect thread so I had to reuse the oem ones which were a bit shorter

We did have an issue with one batch that had the wrong bolts. Thought I caught them all, apologize for that Mike. Stock hardware will work just fine

As for an eta for more, we've still be looking for a different fabricator to do these for us. If we find out, we'll do a separate post about it in the appropriate sections
