Nice. That was a question I was meaning to ask. I'm in the process of doing mine now and man is it a pain. I'm also only using a palm sander and sanding sponges currently and working on it during my 2 year olds nap time. Hoping that it goes fast after the 220 grit sand paper cause it's getting old listening to my wife talk about how much of a mess it's making in our laundry room.

One other question, did you guys completely smooth out every nook and cranny or just wire wheel them clean and then polish? Below photo is an area I'm referring to.

Finally finished mine last week. This project was a pain. There's a few spots that I could have sanded/polished a little better but I figured I'll just put it on the car and see if you'll actually notice them. Probably take it off next winter and touch parts up if needed. Now I need the temps here to pass 20 degrees so I can put it on with my new spacer. Here's some photos:

Thanks. It's a pain, but I think well worth it. Cost about $25 in paper/polish.

Nice can I get an extra plenum from any model G35 or does it need to be a coupe? 4 door G's Seem to be plentiful in the bone yards. I have a 04 350z but Z's dont seem to be very junk yard plentiful.
