So I’m currently doing an engine swap and I lost my breather hose, but then I realized that I didn’t even have the breather tube that it connects to, so what I was wondering is, is it alright if I don’t have it at all??

 

Are you referring to the crankcase vent hose? It should be connected because of the maf system, but it shouldn’t really cause any running issues or anything. If you mean the intake tube that goes from the filter to the throttle body then yes, you need it, again for the maf system, which will cause serious issues if you don’t have it.
