Hi I just went through this when I put my motor in my car 350Z 2005 I experienced the same issue it was because I had a bad engine compartment ground.
So look at your grounds on the engine there's one at the if you're looking at the engine the top left then righthen write below that halfway down we'll not halfway down but there's 2 grounds on your left 2 in the center and 1 all the way on the right side of the motor connected to the body and it's like it's not a wired kind of like a mesh cable.
You have a bad Engine ground.
