the ones going out Monday (didn't get a chance to go to the post office yesterday) are
live2themax
clipperandcuts
veilside z
H5
(all the above are to the UK, so shipping EMS/USPS Priority)
then the last few, and the 07 covers once we get the last batch from Evo R
I had done random test fits from the first batch before we sent them, and had no issues, but since 2 people reported the cover has hitting the plenum, I'll test fit each of the ones going out Monday prior to shipping and report any problems to Jay at Evo R

Got mine this past week and have installed it. There is contact with the plenum and the front grommet holes have to be sanded/dremeled just slightly to fit. Will contact/heat from the plenum damage the CF cover? I'm thinking NO, but just wanted to make sure. On a side note, the cover itself has a beatiful weave and construction. The quality of the CF is great as far as I can tell. It's just the slight fitment issues that keep this from being perfect. If I had to buy another CF Cover it'd still be this one haha!
Take care

Just a quick update - I test fit all the remaining ones from the second batch on my own car, and out of those several had a fitment issue around the oil cap area. I've emailed Jay at Evo R about this and I know he is working with the manufacturer to get it resolved ASAP. Huberto and Robert, this might be the reason you had a problem getting it to line up. It's a strange thing, as 1 of the ones we got at that same time goes on perfectly, the rest though all seem to have too much material around the oil cap area which is preventing it from sitting down in the "nook" it's supposed to.
Huberto - if you run into an issue putting it on after trying my suggestions , let me know and we'll do either a refund or get you a replacement.
Sorry for this guys, but we want to make sure they all fit the same way, and I know Jay wants to ensure the same.

I finally got mine installed today. It hits the plenum around the oil filler cap, and both the two front mounting studs and the one closest to the oil filler needed to be extended in order to fit the CF cover, and get the threads engaged on the bolts/studs. I love how it looks, but the fit isn't there. In fact, to get the cover to fit, the two rear bolts had to be installed first before fitting the front studs. I used the OEM rubber and sleeves, BTW. I can't figure out how to link pix, so I will send Z1 pix.

yes all the ones that go out will be pre-test fit by Jay before shipping. We've gone over the fitment issues a few of the units had and the problem has been identified and the factory is in process of remaking them now

yep spoke to Jay @ Evo R last night and he said he got the new batch and fitment is spot on now, and that they are being shipped to us. Should see 'em sometime next week! Once we get them, we'll do a test fit to our car first and ship em out to everyone
thanks once again to everyone for their patience!
