new batch arrived to us - I was not able to do any test fitting this weekend to my car as its being worked on, but will start today or tomorrow, and then report the findings
Jay assured me these had no issues at all, and was aware of the fitment problems a couple of people had reported to date, so I have every reason to believe at this point that these are fine, but will know for myself soon.
If these dont work out, we'll just cancel the whole thing, because I'm not particularly interested, nor have the time, to be going back and forth with it with Jay/the manufacturer.
I'll post my findings in the next few days
ypwpat - I sent your post to Jay, since he sent yours directly, though I think he's at SEMA this week so not sure if he is checking the messages or not.

I started test fitting the newest batch today, and so far so good - the first 3 I took out of the box had no issues despite my car having a ton of extra stuff that goes under the engine cover. It's a tight fit with my DLI harness and the hoses for the catch can, but it fits. It's a bit tough to do since my car is currently up in the air as we solve this pesky oil leak. With any luck, oil leak will be solved tonight/tomorrow and the car back down on the ground so I can finish testing these
Also for the guys who ordered this for their 07 who didn't realize it was for the earlier cars, we got those too. I just need to find a local 07 owner to do the test fit with

My car is still up in the air as we could not finish the trans re-install this weekend
But, we should have it wrapped up by tomorrow night, and then I'll hopefully get the rest of the covers test fit by Wednesday and god willing, on their way to everyone with badges this week

2007 guys - I put the feelers out for a local customer to come down with their 07 to test fit. We just want to be 100% sure its good to go before we ship. We have the 07 covers here now though and they look terrific!

quick update - we have a new 07 coming down Saturday AM for me to test fit those covers, and my car looks like its will finally be back on the ground tonight, so I will have the 03-06 covers finished being test fit between today and tomorrow night
Almost there guys!!!!! (thankfully...I want to get these things on their way already, I'm tired of waiting too!!!)

2007 owners - fit perfectly, we will send these tomorrow
2003-2006 guys - Jay actually made a stopover in NY on his way back to Taiwan, and stopped by the shop. There was one revision I asked him to make on the covers, and he agreed it was something they can do in very short order. We'll have the final batch here very very shortly and they will be what we, and you expect. The issue that occured between the first and second batches was the factory was switched, so essentially we had to start over with a new mold, etc. The revision being done is very minor, so I expect them to completed swiftly.
I shared with Jay everyone's eagerness to get this as perfect as possible, because I won't have anything less - he fully understands exactly what is needed now, and I think you guys still waiting are going to appreciate the extra effort.
I'm also going to toss in a little something extra for all those who have waited patiently - I know what it's like to wait for parts, and I can't stand it either, so it will be just a little something to show our appreciation.
