Ok, so pretty on the outside, Are the inner runners and inside polished for better airflow? or is this all just bling?
This particular piece is just for aesthetics. You actually don't want to polish the runners or the insides of them. They're textured on purpose to help with an effect called air tumble. If you were to smooth and polish the runners it would help create drag causing the air moving inside the plenum to both slow down and heat up, which is adverse for performance.
We're actually going to be releasing a new plenum that is going to be polished or powder coated on the outside and fully modified on inside to help with both the efficiency of the air flow and the air volume inside the plenum. PM us if you'd like more info on this.
