The PedalBox is fine-tuned for your application to ensure that all the settings extracted from OEM throttle data are taken advantage of to the FULLEST. When we installed it in our resident test car (BMW 135i), it made for the most out of those twin-turbos and made the car FEEL like it had less turbo lag and a lot more immediacy. The system can be likened to a car with an old-fashioned cable-controlled throttle body, it's much more of a 1:1 relationship between the throttle pedal and the actual throttle opening; i.e: when the accelerator Pedal is depressed 10%, the throttle body opens 10%. Without a PedalBox Throttle Control Unit, the relationship looks more like this; accelerator pedal depressed 30-40%, throttle body opens 10%.
