this is the standard license, if you have a tuner planning on doing a dyno tune on your car, this is all you need. If you plan on doing the table tuning yourself then no you will need to call uprev and get an upgraded license.

Just to clarify for everyone the difference between the standard and tuner version cables is the "Rom Editor", you can see in the screenshot of the cable management tab that the Rom Editor is disabled, making this a standard cable. You will need to arrange tuning on your own to use this

 

cheap and easy that way!
