To help you sell, Y pipe is interchangeable between HR and DE, so regardless of what platform you have, it'll fit as long as you have a 350z/G35

Don't see Y not. S/C yes sir. Only if you have moved to a larger downpipes with a turbo app would I see this not fitting but it's 2.5's in and 3" out.
