I have a Megan Racing OE-RS cat back exhaust with a M2 Y pipe for sale. These were on the car for less than 200 miles before I sold my Z. Theres a burn/torch mark on the left intake tube to the muffler because the shop that installed it had to heat it a little bit to get the exhaust to be even/level on both sides. Apparently it was a little bit off from the factory. I am located in SW VA and can travel somewhat to meet for delivery if the price is right.
