The HR headers are slightly different. These will work on 03-06 VQ35DE and RevUp.

Do they have clearance issues? Because I am sure that just 4 bolts need to be switched around (2 on each side) for HR headers to fit on the DE engine or vice versa

I'm just going off what PPE's website says. I'm not going to make any promises that these will work on an HR.

I believe the issue for HR's is the complete length of the LTH's (compatibility of DE LTH on HR vehicles).
