Any idea if this would replace the nismo s tune midpipe?

 

Doesnt look like it. This pipe stips just under the diff. The s tune and alot of others continue and curve to meet the muffler. Imo this mid is useless because its titanium and really isnt customizable to meet your needs.

 

hi rugbyforlife, nizmo_0385 is correct the nismo s tune will not work; it is just like the OEM one where it curves at the end (see here http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/h...x/SL370359.jpg)

actually as the 3 photos show it ends just a tiny bit past the subframe. the midpipe oddly ends exactly where my amuse does (i don't know too many systems that have that kind of setup. impul, tanabe, nismo, fujitsubo, etc.)

as i stated this would be ideal for someone making their own custom exhaust; it would be cheap to get a universal 3", a clamp, and have piping welded to fit

on each of the above the piping on the muffler would be too long and would need to be cut shorter to fit

*AP's website says the muffler canister is titanium but this thread says they said it weighs 25 lbs (https://my350z.com/forum/intake-exha...st-weight.html)

my amuse which has 2 canisters and a resonator weighs 19 lbs (2.4 kg midpipe, 6.23 kg muffler) so i dunno maybe someone who owns an agency power can chime in
