Coming from German cars us Americans can upgrade to European headlight for a significant difference in lighting. My question is can you get euro or japanese spec lights that have a better beam pattern?

how about adjusting the headlights?

 

On all the euro spec HID's that I have delt with the beam pattern is more spread out but the cutoff is also more clearly defined. American lights are the oposite they are more centralized however there is no cutoff and the lighting is somewhat vague.
