I replaced the Z headrests with ones from the G35 coupe that tilt forward. For me, it's more comfortable to have it tilted forward so I can rest the back of my head on it. On the stock headrest, I have to lean my head too far back....much better for longer trips.

How well does it match your stock interior? I have the frost leather. Do any of the G35 models come w/ frost interior? I would imagine so since Infiniti and Nissan are one in the same...

 

I have a track, so no leather. The G headrests only come in leather, and there is black and another color that looks like it might match the frost white. I've got custom sheepskins, so the fact that my seats are cloth and the headrest is leather doesn't matter.

The headrests are a different shape.....a little shorter but thicker. They do fit in the holes.

 

do you have pictures for it? it's hard to image....
